^^ This is correct. Current version is used unless specified in Original Post. It's right there in the rules.
Current Parallax has jack for feats right now. Tyrant for the win. Classic Parallax would take the win.

If it was current parallax...I wouldn't even comment on it. It's still unknown how powerful that Parallax is.
