It depends on what Doom has on him when he is transported.

But in a most case scenario, Doomsday wins.

Doom throws up his shield and thinks of a way to stop the guy, realizing he can't, he flies off.

The shield cannot resist to DD physical strenght, not even Supes bio aura can after a long fight.With prep time, Dr. Doom finds a way to merge himself with Doomsday, becoming a major threat to the planet Earth, but he will not prevail cause the decoy will be heard,

shi.....supe's "bio aura" couldn't even hold up to the second blow from DD.

Your forgetting that the BAD Dr. is a top 5 mystic in addition to all of his other attributes. 😎

So if unprepared Doom immitdeatly understands the threat Doomsday poses and says a chant to cast him into the bowels of hell. Taking his agression out on Mephistopheses yet again for what he did to mommy..

If he knew about Doomsday in advance he'd send out doombots and warn him to the Fantastic Four to stall the creature so he could study it's power. After reasearch and viewing his quick victory over the FF and his army of androids, Doom realizes that anything that killed Superman is far too dangerous to control so he says "Bahh" and uses some scientific gadget to drop Doomsday off at the end of time. Patting himself on the back for getting rid of two birds with one stone. Doomsday and that accursed Richards.

That's true. He is second in line for Sorcerer Supreme and has a nuclear powered suit on par with Iron Man's. It is possible for Dr. Doom to win.

I see Doom taking a punch from Doomsday and getting knocked back pretty far only to have Doom get back on his feet to try and say something the likes of "You simpleton! How dare y..."

before that sentence is finished Doomsday is on his ass again...this time his forcefield won't protect him from the full on barrage.
