ok my little brother just told my mom he was going through my bag and he found cigarttes...

Well tell your parents the truth. Be curt but not dismissive. That way you get over it as soon as possible. And if you show your little brother how mature and confrontive you are, results will probably less of an invasion of privacy. And in case that doesn't work, you can slip into the conversation how rude it was of your brother to invade your privacy and search through your stuff. But why are you smoking in the first place?
