Yea, of course 😛 actually I only read it twice or three times in English, the rest was always German...

Sounds way better in English... especially because I only know the "new translation" to German which is horrible... the old one is far better, though a little complicated 😛 but I hate the new one. I'm glad that the filmsynchronteam obviously mostly used the old translation for the lines in the film that were the same as in the book... and also for the title of RoTK which is "die Rückkehr des Königs" in the old translation but "die Wiederkehr des Königs" in the new one...

I also think so because different people read at different speeds,
but still it would be worth a try... at least some chapters...
