need to know name of a movie

I am trying to figure the name of a movie out. All I know about it is it is about a man meeting people on the internet and sewing their mouths shut. Can anybody help?

No, I am positive, its "Strangeland". He goes on the internet with the name Capt. Howdy. Meets teenagers then keeps them captive at this him(including sewing their mouths shut)
