I bet that if I write on a paper "Stalin is Dead, but Still Alive in Spirit" They Will kick me out... even if it is for an essay.
While my sentiment in this situation is the same as everyone else's, the following quote makes me wonder what benefit he's actually getting from that highschool career.
"It didn't mention nobody who lives in Clark County, didn't mention (George Rogers Clark High School), didn't mention no principal or cops, nothing,"
said Poole. "Half the people at high school know me. They know I'm not that stupid, that crazy."

I think What Capt. means is: "I didn't mention no mo-fu down in the hood, not pigs, no nuffin'"

Something like that. Granted I don't know the ethnicity of the student, but since this school is in Kentucy, I'm willing to bet it has little to do with his race. It has more to do with the fact that he is speaking like this to the national media. It's shameful and more damning of the school than his zombie story.

his own flesh and blood. i find this story to be very disturbing based solely on that. god forbid parents/guardians take the time to discuss anything with their kids. lets just turn them in, and who cares if they f*** his life up.
if stephen king was 16 years old and in high school today, he would be labled a terrorist and jailed.
You know, this reminds me of my grandfather. He once made a statement to the effect that he was going to give me a shot gun for my birthday. Now, he made the statement, granted...it wasn't to me, but he said it none the less and I heard him. Later, when I brought it up, he acted like I wanted to blow away my school. I remember my grandmother asking me about it...she said he was really worried. I wasn't even that radical back then.
I Just Remeber My Sec 3 (grade 9) Final english Essay, we had several stories / Articles and Had to Write an Essay based on it. I Chose Ecstasy, but as a possitive, because everybody else would of picked it as a negative, i got 90%, and no talks or arrests... But then again, i live a few ways up north.
