Database Errors

I've just been alerted to some database errors that have occurred.

They have all now been corrected.

If you noticed any anomalies, please let me know in this thread.

Anyway, the problems been fixed so it shouldn't crop up again.

For the technically inclined, it was a mysql 134 error (Record was already deleted (or record file crashed))

I'm still doing some fact finding for the causes.
