Already been done. As onslaught was in his last appearance Galactus would quite easily crush him. However if Onslaught had learned how to properly wield Franklin Richards powers then he would win

Yeah, we never see Onslaught at "full potential" because properly mastered he might have been in Big G's league. I still don't think he'd win, but it's possible.
