No, it is actually shown on screen at least to an extent, because they talked about how they used animitronics for the babies being born instead of using CG which is cool...It'll be cool to see how this scene turns out in the end....the one thing that I don't already know about the movie so far.

baby's are delivered under a white sheet if that is what this topic is about..... atleast from what I read

Screw the birth, I want to see the conception.
