A lot of that stuff is a stretch since all they showed the kids doing is running around in khakis shorts and vests humping the environment. They don't go too much into their personal lives. Except Ma-ti feeling worthless all the time.

Plus you have to be in a very smoggy area to begin with to get acid rain. That's a handicap. Unless he tornados the smog into space.

Pollution is the only thing that can weaken Captain Planet and Storm can only control the weather. Acid rain is not a natural weather phenomena, something Storm cannot produce.

Does everyone forget Storm>Gaia?

Gaia was the earth godess of Captain Planet who sorrounded herself with a crystal fortress. (Yeah, besides green peace that show was deffinitly toting the art of Wicca..)

Gaia was comparible to Zurg or Zerd or whatever the hell his name was. Who pretty much kicked Captain Planet's ass. (And Gaia's too.)

So now we have to decide who would win between Gaia and Captain Planet, only then theoreticaly could we determine if Storm could beat CP because Storm is more or less Gaia incarnate.

his name is captain PLANET. its a little obvious that pollution would hurt him, or at least to me it is. and storm said she can. it occurs in cluods so why not?
