Majestic gets knocked around a bit, flies off, builds a gadget in milliseconds that helps him knock Thanos the hell out.

I've read up on majestic pretty good, he isn't that powerful.
Thanos wins, probably easily.

Like I said. Gets knocked around, goes off to build something to help put Thanos down. He obviously can't take Thanos on without help.

What makes you think that thanos will let majestic make gadget to defeat him, you give majestic to much credit thanos will unload on him with his cosmic and energy plasma projection powerful enough to knock majestic back to his homeworld.

Majestic goes away to build a gadget? Thanos builds a better gadget.

If he doesn't already have one.

Thanos. Majestic could pull it of.... Not by himself. Thanos wins.

The real Superman barely stands a chance against Thanos (though he wouldn't go down without giving Thanos a good fight), so how can a lame rip off defeat Thanos ?

you ppl are obviously insane. there is no way that thanos can beat him. if youve heard me say it once you've heard it a million times.........majestic was made purposely with a pre-crisis superman in mind in everyway from sheer power to intelligence, and unlike supes he has an unyeilding killer instinct, he doesnt have time to lecture ppl about there bad ways and how they should change he kills at will . so give thanos the IG and then we're in business.

plus just like thanos he is a master at both techology and the Arcane and the requisite knack for creating an uncanny mixture of the two.
and the creating a device in millisecs thing is completely plausible for he once made a fully functioning gi-normous space ship out of raw materials in just a few hours. being the shit is what this guys does best. in fact i wouldnt be too surprized if he didnt already have such a device in his lair and shit. so thanos is toast unless he has some cheap trick up his sleeve.

I doubt it would be an easy battle for Thanos, but he would probably prevail. Even if Majestic does happen to be "more powerful" than him, you have to take into account that Thanos has outsmarted and defeated people much smarter and much more powerful than Majestic.

didn't Thanos manage to get the power gem from Champion?..... skill and power don't usually (rarely ever) cut it alone against Thanos

Thanos is much older than Mr. majestic he is a eternal he master every art form. Thanos can increase his own powers to surpass majestic abilities he can rearranged his molecules. What has majestic done to make us believe he can beat thanos the mad titan who has destroyed the universe then brought it back, thanos will win strength isn't everything it's smarts, will power, and intelligence thanos has a lot of.

i've only read one of Majestics TPBs...... he beat Eradicator..... not really a great fight though..... Maj did state (in his thoughts) that Eradicator was powerful enough to break his bones

i think Thanos would crumple the Eradicator like a tin can

He got the gems from all of the Elders.

Which means he can kick anybody a$$ any given time. Took on the powerhouse of the elders the champion and schooled him in the art of fighting and took on the brains of the elders in grandmaster. Thanos will beat the sh** out of majestic all day everyday, mr. majestic who has he fought to make us think that he can beat thanos (yes I'm saying it again)majestic really hasn't done sh** to make us say damn he is a bad ass. Thanos10/10
