No, but to kill EVERY human being in eleven hours?! Even if he IS intelligent now there's just no way. Heck it might be difficult just to extinguish a COUNTRY is eleven hours.

People on life support, he has to visit hospitals and crush them.
People in prison, and like they're not going to fight back or atleast run.
People in the city.. This is going to take a while..
People in the outskirts and farmers.. harder to find, wasting more time.
People in your average neihborhood.
People in the military who've got weapons to slow you down.

I'm just talking about my little state of Florida here. There's just no way he can do it in eleven hours.

Though it would be nice to see him try. Dare I say it? It may make Wal-Mart less congested with people and I'd actually be able to shop there stress free!

People fighting back and our weapons would be nothing. But tracking down everything is indeed impossible in 11 hours for Doomsday. You have the fishermen out in the middle of the ocean and researchers up in the antarctic. Campers. Hobos in the sewers. It's just too much!
