Personal background: Was raised in a research facility in the Arklay Mountains by a man and a women who, he assumed were his parents. They took care of him, but they also performed strange tests and experiments on him, after awile he felt stronger and faster than the other children in the facility. His dad would often sneek him out of the lab to go to the shooting range and teach him how to shoot, but one day while at the shooting range some of the guards from the research facility came and shot the father. Matt barely escaped to the streets of Raccoon city, a few days later he heard that the laboratory had been destroyed. So he had to survive on his own in Racoon City. He eventually made friends and fell in with a bad crowd but they taught him how to fight and take care of himself.
Strengths/Likes: He is a very good fighter ( knows some martial arts, that his friend Ben taught him ), and not bad with a gun ( used to go to the shooting range with his dad before he died, then starting hanging out with the bad crowd and learned to fight ),he also has some lockpicking and hotwiring experience. Very Charismatic and Resourceful, not to mention he is a hit with the ladies 😉 He is generally a good guy that just fell in with a bad crowd.
Weaknesses/Dislikes: Has problems with authority figures
Career background: Currently a member of an underground Fight Club, he grew up on the streets fighting to survive, he has many ways of making money...hehe some of them include stealing, but only from rich people, he mostly tries to lay low so Umbrella won't come looking for him.
