It doesn't matter. Star Wars gets slaughtered.

hulk alone would cause massive damage...

marvel wins...

Hulk alone would die. But Marvel will win, without a doubt.

SW-characters are pretty powerful, but also pretty overrated. They are not in the same league as Marvel.

Invisible woman alone could kill all of the wookies, footsoldiers, pilots, Hans Solo, Lando, and everyone else who did not have special powers to sense her coming when she was invisible.

Reed Richards would come up with technology to diffuse the Deathstar.

Thor, Thing and Wolverine would then massacre all of the JEDI and Darth Vader.

Professor X would then send a mental blast and wipe out the emperor.
