Count Dooku/Darth Tyramus- most powerful jedi

After watching Count Dooku masterful lightsaber dual with Obi-Wan, Anakin and Yoda, I have to admit he is one of the most powerful jedi I have ever seen. He was able to beat Obi-Wan and Anakin even thought Anakin was the "Chosen One" and wasn't even injuried or tired. In the final battle with Yoda, he unleashed ledendary sith lighting. His powers must have reached up to Darth Sidious to use it and proved he is a powerful sith lord. The lightsaber dual between Yoda and Dooku was the best I have seen, the way they were flipping around. Even Dooku was able to stand against Yoda who is also a powerful jedi.

Who agrees Count Dooku is the most powerful jedi?

He's damn good, for sure, and I love him. Rememner that Anakin is still only a Padawan, though- takes time for his powers to develop.

But Dooku drew with Yoda and that is a positive statement on anyone...

Think about it. Count Dooku was first trained by Master Yoda and then was trained by Darth Sidious who are two of the most powerful force users. He is an expert old-style swordsman and fencer. He was very strong in the Force and even Yoda thought that Dooku was the Chosen One who could bring balance to the Force.

Dooku is pretty good but no mather how good the Chosen One is, he's a padawan, not a master nor a knight. He's still under training.

No, that is something I entirely deny. An objective analysis of that swordfight shows an even duel; people just seem to be blinded by Yoda's acrobatics.

🤨 WHAT? where on earth does it say it anywhere that yoda thinks that? Some of the jedi didn't seem to think that there even was a chosen one, and those that did were unsure of Anakin being it--and think of his MC count. There's no indication anywhere that yoda thinks that, or anything else about Dooku for that matter.

Could, yes. Would... swordfights are like tennis matches; at a pro level, there are no certainties. It is not a fight he would want to risk.

Well you shouldn't underestimate Dooku's jedi powers. Remember how Anakin and Obi-Wan lost so easily.

Yoda would have slain Duku if their fight at the end of ep 2 wasn't interupted. It obvious that Duku will die in the next installment as there can only be once sith lord.

Yes, it's obvious Dooku will die in Episode 3. His screen time is really limited as to what I hear. Though, what we'll see of Dooku from Episode 3 appears to be pretty exciting.
