Well, Batman did defeat Superman. BUT...

Superman has a couple weaknesses that Batman was well aware of.

I say SS fries Bats. And Batman's suit and cape may be flame and whatever else repellent but I doubt it is Power Cosmic repellent.

I don't know about that. Doom possibly...POSSIBLY may have more scietific know-how but Batman is pretty intelligent.

I'm pretty sure DOOM is smarter, but saying Bats "is nowhere near dooms level" is a bit much.

Batman does not need to fight as Silver Surfer sets foot in Gotham Batman makes a B line for the Phantom Zone generator. And use Brother eye to activate it while he watches from the save confines of an underground bunker save from the preying eyes of the Silver Surfer. See batman wins just like that 🙂.

There's a very big difference between intelligence (that Doom has to create a device like that) and smartness, that Richards has.

Example: A professor was once asked by his students what is the difference between being intelligent and being smart. He told them that when man first reached space he realized that he couldn't use a pen to write because there was no gravitational force to push the ink. So the American engineers worked and toiled for a long time, and they finally came up with a pen that could write on any surface, upside down, any way. The russians used a pencil.
