Palpatine/Darth Sidious hands down. The greatest villain who has ever lived. I also like Vader, Thrawn, and Ysanna Isard.

Sidious, no doubt.

He needs to not be Anakin Skywalker, he needs to not redeem himself.

dooku isnt the evil thats like evil, evil. hes the sophisticated smarter evil kinda evil.

vader is the evil "ill kill u if u screw up" evil

palpatine is both of these...

for some reason, even with all the other cool light saber battles taking place, i am really looking forward to the one with Dooku!!! Maybe its to see retribution for anikins arm and watch him beg palps to help him before anikin cuts his head off (thats what i heard happens) Or maybe its to see that snotty look on his face and deliver a few more pomposs lines. Whatever the reasons his lines worked in Clones pretty well. They weren't shapespear but nonetheless they worked.
And on that topic, does anyone know if thats who gave anikin the scar next to his right eye? Or was that just a wound from the clone wars?

Dooku doesn't beg, according to the actor. In the movie guide, he says that Dooku could have begged, but he doesn't.

It's from the clone wars. I think it was shown in a graphic novel. I dunno the name of the woman who did it though (I think it was a woman)

Back on topic and I voted Vader, there was never a choice of any others but then Vader freaked me out long before I even knew Sidious existed

I think it was given by Assaj Ventress in the Clone Wars cartoons. I could be mistaken, though.

Darth Sidious by far cuz he made himself The Emperor, and killed off most of the jedi at the same time

In the cartoons the first we see of the scar is when Padme spots it. Though I may have missed an episode

maul is cool....but nothing beats vader..
