Magneto creates a super asteroid station. Inside it there's a machine powered by some badass pink crystals. When you go through it you evolve to the next level. Cyke and alex go through it. They become arrogant pricks but extremely powerful. Cyke can even control his optical blast with only his mind. Sabertooth goes through it as well. Mystique goes through it and magneto tries to stop her and goes through it as well (though i think he had already gone through it before).
After a huge battle Cyke and Havok destroy the Asteroid disabling the machine and losing their powers. Sabertooth also loses the gained power. Mystique and Magneto don't.
