After observing behaivour and such I must ask who you personaly think would win in this fight. Assuming the Matrix rules applied outside The Matrix so the agents could be as deadly a "force" as ever, and the sith included any and all dark jedi, bounty hunters, and whomever else worked in cahoots with the evil impirealism..

Once enough people have replied I'll tell you the truth behind this battle and why..

The sith, definately. They would win any battle because they can do anything and have no restrictions.
