I give it to Dimitri... he's everything akuma wants to be...

and 500 years of winning fighting tournaments against all creatures has to speak for itself.

dont think so , Akuma is the encarnation of the dark hadou , and the only person alive that wields with perfection the ansatsuken (fists of death ) and he can became the powerful shin akuma , a guy who can literally cut the sea in a half , or jump from ground to clouds.

Dimitri is also a master of fighting and has been doing it far longer than Akuma has.

He also has been defeating Supernatural creatures and beating them for over 500 years.

maybe , but if you think hard you can see that the martial art that Akuma has is a lot older than 500 years old , because he domains the dark hadou a milenar power , and the ansatsuken (fist of death ) witch is the fighting "information" of over 1000 years

His art was passed down to him in training. Akumas trained all his life to be what Dimitri is naturally.

Dimitri started where Akuma has trained hard to be at, AND has at least 500 years winning tournaments fighting creatures far more powerful than the humans akuma fights.

yeah passed to him , but he achieved in his life(which is very short compared to demitri ) power from 1000 and 1000 years , and that proves he is a true genius , demitri is the one who may want to be like akuma , since he in his 500 years of life still hasnt achieve the "greatest" power .

being born with an ability,and obtaining it are,of course,compelty different.
It's like comparing wizards to sorceres.
The sorcerer is born with magic and the wizard obtains it through years of study.
Dimitri might have been born with akuma like powers,but that doesn't mean he makes better use of those powers

Very true... but lets look at their chi just in the game.
Akuma has to concentrate his chi.
Dimitri radiates it just standing there.
Akuma fights humans.
Dimitri fights far more powerful monsters, creatures, and demons.

You know that's true I never thought of it that way Akuma does has experience of 1000 years because dark hadou is that old and he is the master of it If he can master it in that short amount of time , also condsidering how old it is, Akuma is sure to come out on top demitri would be nothing for him besides shun goku satsu is the most ultimate pwn move in exsistence YES kamehameha is second

AKUMA RADIATES IT TO he doesn't need to concentrate he radiates it .... in shin akuma mode but still even though demitri's ki level may be very high akuma still has the shun goku satsu...... which is teh pwn

shun goku satsu sucks.. dont use it in a tournament 😛

if you are talking abut the the game yes , but if you talking abut the character shungokusatsu really do the work

Mastering an art does not mean you have 1000 years experience in fighting it automatically.

Dimitri has fought far stronger opponents for 500 years. This includes magical, and mystical monsters, aliens, and demons. Humans are way way below him in power...Akuma would probably give him the most challenge of all humans however.

There he set up a castle in Romania, healing his wounds. Many tried to fight him but Demitri is no ordinary vampire. After 100 years, he has recovered and is now trying to get his revenge on the Aensland family. He is also attracted to Morrigan .That is his story , he is a strong guy , but he has no chance of winning agaist akuma , i believe that harwork can surpass natural talent , but akuma is a genius of fighting and a genius of hardwork.

Good points Hoshi..but its not Natural talent, its SUPERnatural talent and Dimitri has won fighting tournaments for 500 years. That speaks for itself also.

then you can say that akumas form of shin akuma is also a supernatural talent

Technically Shin Akuma is the only Akuma, Chi is supernatural.

Akuma taps into Supernatural powers from a human body and a few decades of experience and human opponents.

Dimitri has a superhuman body with natural supernatural feats that taps into even more supernatural ability from the same fighting spirit that Akuma taps into, hundreds of years of experience, and supernatural opponents.

I think they'd be evenly matched.. since dimitri's power is naturally that strong (and sortof seductive since he's a vamp).. and akuma (gouki) got as strong as he did fairly fast... but somewhere I think that since they squeezed them into a fighting game (or squeezing any character into a fighting game) sorely limits their true power

I usually get good use of the raging demon in tourneys.

but its too risky to use it in torney , a veteran would never take this move from you , not saying that you dont know how to use it , but its just that in any situation if the guy you are fighting is paying atention he will never take this kind of attack

yea though they can jump over it, but his other supers have more priority,though I usually counter demon, or anti air demon, or parry demon,hard to do but very effective, unlike the wake up demon thats done more than a porn star.
