Happy Slapping in the UK

i dont know if this has been posted but recently 3 youths were jailed and one let go, three men kicked 2 people to death while a girl recorded it on her phone, then she kicked another man into unconsciousness but wasn't jailed because the judge said "she wasn't accountable for her actions because of age" (she was still only a youngish teen at the time of the crime). dont know about the rest of you but too many people are being held unaccountable in cases like this, like you couldn't see the negative of kicking someone to death.

This is still happening?

Jail those clowns!

Nah, I actually just meant to state something strange...I think I achieved that.....

So, for the record....making pics under girls skirts without their permission is not cool...unlawful as well.
