If he uploaded more he could possibly beat Cap. Or if he used other techniques.

I know he has weaknesses but he gets beat every boy who decides to become a villian by DC.

Prometheus is tough, but he relies on gadgets way too much. He'd underestimate Cap and that would be his downfall.

I'm no expert, but don't think downloaded skills can beat real ones (at least with someone as good as Cap.) Downloaded skills would (I think) follow fixed patterns. This would allow Cap to outmaneuver him.

How did Prometheus take down the JLA? What tactics did he use?
