Welling is buff and looks young and that's good.He shouldn't look middle aged because how are you going to be Superman when you look old?He's probably going to be Superman next season so he needs to keep his young figure.Get as much sleep and working out as possible as he can so that when he has on a Superman suit,he won't look small and scrawny.
