another Thing hating thread i see....yea Flash's powers negate the Thing's abilities...the Flash is a g@y @ss sissy who has been beaten by much weaker characters than the Thing has.

he is way too fast.

Although hitting thing isn't exactly going to feel good.

But I think Flash could handle it.

Well if Wizard Magazine thinks Flash can beat Hulk.

He could take Thing with ease.

The Speed Force protects him from hitting things at lightspeed. Think about it if your fist was hurtling at ANYTHING at lightspeed your hand and arm would turn into bloody goo.

Which makes me wonder how exactly Quicksilver can hit things at the speed of sound and not suffer injury.

Marvel dont incorporate science into their characters like DC does.

Well, no... they don't know EVERYTHING ... but they do have very convincing arguments.

While some of their arguments could be countered, For the most part they were pretty smart about it. It's not like they put a bunch of asinine tripe in their arguments in that book.
