Fighting Styles: kido, sword fighting. His zanpakuto's name is senbonzakura
Senbonzakura (???, lit. a thousand cherry blossoms) is Byakuya Kuchiki's zanpakut?. Its initial release is triggered by the phrase, "Chire ( scatter!), Senbonzakura". At this point the blade dissolves and scatters into thousands of tiny blades that look like cherry blossoms because of the way the light shines on them. These "petals" can then pierce the opponent, heavily wounding and incapacitating them completely.
Byakuya's final release is called Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (?????, lit. Vibrant display of the thousand cherry blossoms), which in its initial state is merely an amplified version of the released form. Byakuya drops his sword to the ground where it sinks through a white portal, two rows of giant blades then rise up from the ground behind him. These then scatter into millions of tiny blades that appear as glowing petals, drastically higher in number than in the initial release, all controlled by Byakuya.
As such, the petals can form into different streams, for offensive and defensive formations - i.e. they are able to pierce an opponent like a spear, but also create a shield around Byakuya. Byakuya is able to increase the petals' movement speed two-fold by controlling the flow of these streams with his hands rather than his mind.
The final release has a second form called Senkei Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (??, senkei - scene of a massacre). Senkei unites the scattered petals into complete swords that form four rows around Byakuya and his opponent. The swords do not have to attack all at once; Byakuya can call single blades down and into his hands one by one as needed. However, he can use all the blades at once in one immensely powerful strike. This form dramatically increases attacking power by sacrificing all of the defensive power it had in the previous form. It does not affect Byakuya's speed.
Senbonzakura's final form, called sh?kei (??, lit. final scene), is reserved for when Byakuya is too tired to fight with his final release. It compresses all of the swords into a single blade, further enhancing his power. It is called hakuteiken (???, lit. white imperial sword). In this form, Byakuya grows pure white wings and a halo-like circle in the back, made of spiritual power. The sword also gains a pure white aura. In the anime, dragon-like beings sprout out of Senbonzakura to create the wings. It is unknown whether these wings are merely a cosmetic effect or if they can be used to fly.

Personality: Byakuya Kuchiki is the 28th head of the noble Kuchiki clan, one of the four noble families in Soul Society. As such, Byakuya acts in an aristocratic manner - always being serene and apathetic about other people. Byakuya is possibly the strongest person in his clan's history. He claims that life in general isn't supposed to be entertaining, and even made up an idea for a game that wasn't meant to be amusing. In spite of his icy and regal manner, Byakuya is a very caring person to those he cares about, and conversely he's a deadly opponent to those that wish his loved ones harm.
He wears the standard captain uniform along with a white headpiece called a kenseikan (symbolizing his noble rank as the head of the Kuchiki family) and a white scarf made by the master weaver, Tsujishir? Kuroemon III. The scarf is called ginpaku kazahana no uzuginu (lit. silver-white windflower light silk), and is a family heirloom handed down through the generations to the head of the Kuchiki family. Ten large houses can be built from the cost of just one of these.
Story:Little is known about Byakuya's early history, except that his senpai was J?shir? Ukitake, and he often played shunpo tag with Yoruichi Shihouin, presumably to train, though he never was able to beat her, something continued to the present when Yoruichi evacuated Ichigo.
Byakuya married Hisana (??), who was then a commoner; therefore, he broke the rules by accepting her into the family. Hisana died about 50 years before the main Bleach storyline, and her last wish was for Byakuya to find and adopt her biological, long lost sister, Rukia, as his own sister and to protect her. She also made him promise that he would not tell Rukia about her real family, for she believed that by abandoning Rukia when she was younger, that she was not worthy to be called her sister.
One year later, Rukia entered the shinigami academy and was accepted into the Kuchiki clan immediately. By adopting her, Byakuya had broken the rules again. He later swore upon his parents' graves that he would never break the rules again, no matter what. As a result, we discover he, though entirely apathetic on the surface, is actually deeply conflicted with the matter of Rukia's execution: he cannot intervene as it would require breaking the rules again or otherwise fail to fulfill the promise he made to Hisana to protect Rukia as his own sister.
While it is not clear, it is implied that Byakuya Kuchiki became captain of the 6th division less than 50 years before the main Bleach storyline (shortly before Rukia had entered the Gotei 13). Gin Ichimaru became captain of the 3rd division at the same time.

Powers: Souichiro quickly picks up and learns the Forged needle attack. It is essentially a rip off of the Takayanagi family's secret technique. After awakening his demon exorcist-self (the inheirited ability of the Nagi clan) Souichiro seems to have limitless ki, and has the ability to steal the techniques of those he fights. However that person loses the ability to use that power afterward, it is unknown if it is a permanet loss. So far he has stolen Tetsusen Ishiyumi's water bullets, although Souichiro seems to use his own modification using his blood in the place of water. Ishiyumi is less than pleased at the fact he can no longer use his skill, and planned to kill Souichiro to get it back until Mitsuomi intervened. He also has stolen the technique of Shidzuru Kamura, although we haven't seen it yet. We know this because she references she can't open her gate, indicating that she has lost her powers to Souichiro like Ishiyumi did. It is never revealed if he has taken Mataza Tsujumi's power, but as he has defeated him he probably has taken his Dragon's Claw as well.
* Tashinkou (Forged Needle Attack)
A technique where Souichiro circulates ki around his arm. It can be used as a projectile or a punch full of ki. It resembles an energy beam. This technique was taught to him by Maya. Souichiro surprised Maya, when he used this technique in a tough position where it seemed impossible to perform. This is the secret technique of the Takayanagi clan, Mitsuomi Takayanagi isn't pleased with Shin and Souichiro's stealing of his family technique.
* Demon Exorcist form
In this form, his strength, speed, and defense is greatly increased. Has far greater physical capablities than a human in this state compared to when he's in his normal state. Ki is forced out of all 8 gates of his body, and at first Souichiro's body cannot handle so much power at once, but he soon gets used to being in this state. The Demon Exorcist form is only available to the Nagi family bloodline.
* Dragon Fist
Souichiro's main and signature power. The Demon Exorcists family bloodline move. A powerful punch combined with electricity. This attack has the ability to steal powers and abilities. This is the most unique and powerful move in the Red Feather families. Souhaku, Souichiro's father, wants this technique because he can gain all the powers and abilities in one entity.
* Red Belt Earth Dragon Gate
The power of lightning, Souichiro can use and manipulate this element freely. This is also Souichiro's main element.
* Orange Belt Water Dragon Gate (water bullets)
The power of water, however, Souichiro uses his own variation using his blood as a substitute in the place of water.
* The Dragon's Claw
Souichiro used his dragon fist against Mataza Tsumuji. Although he has never used it himself it is quite possible, and quite likely he stole it. This technique can cut through anything. When Mataza was using it in his fight with Souichiro, he was easily cutting down trees all around him with no problem whatsoever.
Souichiro's father Souhaku, has been revealed to have power over death. Whether or not Souichiro has any of that power is unknown.
It should also be noted that using their dragon's gate powers is very difficult. Being consumed by your own power and going crazy is a very big risk. Shin Natsume lost to his own powers, the Dragon Eyes, as a result there is heavy focus on the fact Souichiro might follow the same path Shin did two years ago. At one point Souichiro did get taken over by his dragon, assaulting the former Tsujumi family head, as well as Aya; after he nearly beat Mataza to death. His mother luckily showed up and blocked one of his hits, in the process of which she sucked away his power returning him to normal. As a result though her arm was completely torn apart, nearly killing her.

Story: Souichiro is a blonde spikey haired kid, who enjoys fighting. As a child, Souichiro was bullied and tormented because his family consists of demon exorcists, and were not well liked as a result. The apartment he shared with his mom was covered in offensive messages etc. Souichiro started fighting early as a result, beating up those who tormented him. At some point he met up with his best friend Bob Makihara, and they started calling themselves the Knuckle Bombs. The pair go school to school beating up everyone they find until they have been proven the strongest. Upon arriving at Todou Academy, Souchiro quickly learns he is nowhere near as strong as he thought.
Souichiro fights using street fighting methods as opposed to real martial arts. He prides himself on being a thug and therefore he fights without honor, usually with cheap shots etc. After training with Maya Natsume he learns more martial arts moves, including the Forged Needle attack.

Powers: Elements, four gold rings with emerald magatama on them, appeared. Floating around her wrists and ankles, they give her the ability to fly and manipulate fire in addition to the above-mentioned barrier. Though she never formally names them, they are often referred to as her "Techigai" (literally "mistake" or "misunderstanding"😉 because when she first summoned them she was overwhelmed by the experience, and Mikoto characteristically concluded what she said to be the name of the weapons.
Her Child is Kagutsuchi, named after the Japanese god of fire. He is often referred to as a dragon, but he appears to be a hybrid of dragon, a whale and a phoenix. He has a large sword implanted through his head that was placed there by the Obsidian Lord 300 years ago as a partial seal on his power. He can manipulate and generate heat and flame on a near-nuclear scale.
In the My-Otome anime, her GEM is officially called the "Fire Stirring Ruby" [1], but fans believe this to be a mispelling. She uses the rings of her HiME counterparts, but these versions can expand to become larger than herself. Using them she can perform fiery air dashes. On a funnier note: she also cooks with her powers by minaturizing the rings and maintain them as portable stoves.
The first Mai of the My-Otome manga shares the exact same powers of her HiME manga counterpart, including the Elements and Kagutsuchi. Whatever fighting ability the second Mai possesses is unknown, due to the lack of information on her.

Her attitude has led to some fans perceiving her as having emo-level angst, although others see it as a welcome change from the traditionally confident magical girl.
Mai is repeatedly noted as having a large bust, being a top contender for the Fuuka Academy's "Biggest Breast Rankings" and as explained in an omake only bought her first bra after the elementary school nurse told her to.
