Nah, Wolverines senses are just too good, Mysterio is the one he won't have much problems with. Once Wolverine locates him - and he will - Mysterio is dead.

Mysterio, Wolverine can take. He has amped senses, which should confuse him, but unless Mysterio 1. knows this in advance or 2. uses a magic which effects every sense, he'll get caught and killed. All this won't happen though, not before he gets killed by ock or the fatman
