Just as Spiderman, Wolverine's environment has to work [very] well with him in order to take on all the Sinister Six at the same time. Otherwise, neither Spiderman or Wolverine really do have a chance.
Wolverine lacks the agility of Spiderman to go against Electro head on and the closest he's had with attributes slightly similar to Sandman is the Deviant's creation the Spore (er... okay not the same but I'm on a brain freeze).

no she didnt hand wolverine nothing, she charge wolverine and wolverine said that he is faster, she tried to kick him and he said and im also a better fighter, he made a toy of her. Wolverine might not be as agile as spiderman (which i think that he is pretty close) he makes that up with adamantium bones and a healing factor.

if that's true then the writer doesn't know his characters very well..... did you see the time the Scorpion beat the hell out of Luke Cage?... Spidey kicks him around on a regular basis
Spidey has more than enough experience for it not to be a factor in deciding any match up
one guy's fought 2000 super battles, anothers fought 2300 .... you gonna give it to one based on experience?
