it can be anyone, doesn't have to have been at the dance.

every house is forming a quidditch team. we're not exactly sure how it's gonna work yet, but i think it was jessie that had the idea to make it a Q&A sorta thing (questions about quidditch). think it's posted in the quidditch thread
