New to 'Challenges', and not wanting to PM anyone, Could anyone explain them?

challenges i am new to as well. but their is a topic and you have to get things for it. like pictures. you get points and the winner is the one with the most.

THE CHALLENGE:

1. It started a year ago or so. There is a challenge/task for the 4 housese. The challenge is being prepared in the common rooms or through pm.

2. Each house comes with an entry, and the authorized member is putting the entry in the thread " Official IHCT". If there are more then one proposals in a house, then the members vote.

3. The house that wins has to come up with the next challnge.

4. Each prefect will present the votes of his/her house, BUT none of the houses can vote for it self, for example: Gryffindor can vote for the remaining 3 houses like: 10 points to Slytherin, 8 to Ravenclaw, 3 Hufflepuff, but not for our self.

5. Rogue and Tassie are the judges

For example so far we had couple of challenges (Lyrics about he world of Harry Potter, fics aboiut us-kmc members in Hogwarts), Ravenclaw won the last challenge and for couple of months we are stuck waiting for them.
