I used to too, but i quit on my own.

My mom says I'ma end up going crazy - With the things that run through my head . . I believe her 😬

I don't drink at all, but sometimes I get the feeling that if I ever did I wouldn't be likely to stop

I sometimes drink at night it helps me relax and go to sleep
