so called adam's aple is acutally a larynx (voice box) and women have it as well, but it is smaller, and couse of that not noticeable

i'm not perfectly sure... but the size of it has something to do with the tone of voice.

women actually do have an adam's apple...it's just farther up so you can't feel it and it's not as obvious as it is on a guy...don't worry, you havn't been cheated...the adam's apple is a part of your vocal chords...(it's the larynx or voice box) so without it you wouldn't be able to talk, sing, or anything...it's just smaller because women have higher voices...
