I picked these two guys because they don't have any super strength or powers.

I think Flash is a resourceful SOB and he could give Batman a run for his money, especially if he has some MONGO technology at his disposal.

If you watched the 1980s movie, he was able to hang with Prince Baron, who was definitely a skilled fighter, on that weird, rotating, spiked platform.

I think he would be better off technology against technology, because Batman would probably be too much for him hand-2-hand

Was great, It bombed at the box office I loved it though.
