Look, if combined power of Dr. Fate, Highfather, Etrigan, and Darkseid destroyed a universe (there are more than one hundred billion galaxies in the universe), and like it was said, if all contributing equally, then each of them would have enough power on his own to destroy 1/5th of a universe (which would be more than 20 billion galaxies).
But we know that Yuga Khan is the most powerful on that team, so do the math.

Except it was never stated that they were all contributing equally.
