Avoid it. It's the epitome of silliness, and I thought I'd warn all my boys here. It's got all the makings of a Troma flick, just 1,000 times worse, and unintentionally. Lesbians, drugs, psycho killers, druggies, punk rockers, a lightweight jackhammer, and some decent gore.

The name alone would let me leave it laying aside, your description confirms. Throwing all society's outcasts all at once at the mercy of an uninspired killer. I have the newspaper for that.
