**** em because they ran into each other... tottenham players had nothing to do with it.
how about at real madrid when reyes got 'injured' outside the pitch, and rolled onto it... should real madrid have put the ball out then? **** that.

and Dawson banged heads with Adebayor and went down, pot and kettle saying he feigned injury when you have the likes of Reyes and Pires in your team

Why should Spurs forfeit their fluency because a couple of Arsenal players ran into each other? Fair play? My ass!

Van Persie played the shot and missed. No biggie.

4th place is ours now as it has been for most of the season and shall continue to be right through to the end. Arsenal may beat Villarreal, but they will lose to Barcelona.

It is right now, yes. Tottenham have two games to play, one of which being Bolton at home which is a game many teams are capable of losing, including Tottenham. Arsenal have three. I appreciate the fact that Tottenham have taken advantage of what was a very poor beginning and somewhat middle season for Arsenal and taken 4th place, but why people are going on like they're some formidable fighting force a la The Power Rangers is beyond me.

Arsenal have had a somewhat transitional season and have still scraped it back to the point that they can still win 4th depending on these next games. Tottenham have been better than they've been for years and they have some good players, but why you're acting as though they now look down at Arsenal from great heights is as I said, beyond me. It's of no concern to me because I know for sure it's for a reason. If Arsenal play at their best consistantly, Tottenham are void of being a match for them. As are most teams.

He didn't bang heads, the man barely got touched. There was hardly any contact there and everyone watching the replay, commentators included, said the same thing.

I watch Arsenal games and even I get pissed off when Reyes is playing it up, I think it's pointless and needs to be stopped. For any player.

tottenham are having a transitional season too, remember we've bought and sold almost 20players this season.

as for Dawson, i dont remember the commentators saying nothing happened, i remember andy gray saying 'looks like he took a knock to the head' but like i said, Reyes and Pires dont even need to be brushed to go down.

ive never said we're a major force, we've had a good season and i expected to finish in EUFA cup all season... Tottenham had a bad middle to the season, we were closing on Liverpool until we slipped up and allowed teams to catch us, we've had problems scoring and giving away late goals but managed to get to 4th, im impressed and i know you are too.

i think Tottenham proved today we can match you, we pretty much dictated the game until the 60minute and considering the injuries we have (to our captain, Tainio and Davids both carrying slight injuries, our first choice striker as well) we did very well to match you. Henry is different class though and just need a slight chance (which is what that was, such a skillfull finish) to capitalise. seriously think you're half the team you can be without him which is kind of sad.

Tottenham proved they can match Arsenal when Arsenal are not at their best.

I seriously don't think any commentator, pundit, fan or foe alike would deny that Arsenal are miles away from being at the best they can be. Next season will be much better, I think.

That said, I think Arsenal would suffer greatly at the departure of Henry, greatly. People said that about Viera though, now we have Fabregas who I honestly prefer. Arsenal may never reach the heights of greatness they did with Henry, if he left...but I certainly wouldn't say that winning the league would be out of their grasp if he did. They wouldn't become a shit team, they'd become a team who have to work a lot more for goals is all.

our key defender was out (replaced by shoddy Gardner) and one of our first choice strikers (Defoe is not on form, at all, as could be seen today) so we're hardly at top form either...

Also this is the first season alot of our players have played together, we can only get better as well especially considering we're suring up our weak links for next season (with reports of us buying Trabelsi and Bridge)...

also we were more than a match for you until the 60th minute, infact we were better than you.

Lauren and Cole are also missing, so that goes both ways. We also only had Henry and Fabregas on late.

I'm not saying Tottenham didn't do better, they did. I'm saying that with both teams at their best it seems foolish to deny Arsenal the tag as better team.

-AC

both games this season ended one one, and both times tottenham played better... we'll have to wait till next season to see who the better current team is

arsenal will be much better next season if they can buy a couple of quality players. thats all they need

Arsenal have a good team but a pretty thin squad imo, Fabregas, Eboue, Flamini and Hleb are incredible but all their youthful squad players like Djourou Diaby Adebayor etc are, from what ive seen, pretty subpar.

imo Pires is going and 60% chance of Henry going to

It's tough to attract really great players when you can only offer them UEFA Cup football, though.

Well if Arsenal win the champions league, then they will qualify for it next year just like Liverpool did.

I see the comprehension of subtle implications is not one of your strong points.
