See my problem is that I can't let fans of different teams just flame each other like this. Especially when they are Brits 😛

To me these kind of little fight don't make sense, because it's not even a matter of which team is the best, but a like/dislike (hence rocks/sucks) matter. You must admit that it's not exactly the best example of a sport talk...

Sure. So Châteauroux is a rather small team that have kept vegetating in Ligue 2 (2nd division) for some years now. Only 3 or 4 of its players have a real experience of the Ligue 1.
Two years ago they did a good season thanks to young talented players lent by Ligue 1 teams.
Last year they qualified to the UEFA thanks to the Cup, (Finalist, but the winner, the Paris SG, was already qualified for CL)

Lots of young players + 3/4 experienced players.

Not a big threat if its opponent is serious and careful.

those 3 or 4 players, how much experience do they have? like... one year? or much much more ? 😖

Stay in the 1st Divison you mean ? why ? (insufficient quality/bad players/managers ? etc...)

Patricio d'Amico (Arg, 29,Forward) 1 or 2 seasons, not that great a player.

Teddy Bertin (Fra, 35, Def) almost 10 years with Strasbourg, Le Havre. Good player, a bit old though

Vincent Fernandez (Fra, 29, GK) 4/5 seasons. Rather good

Yazid Mansouri, (Alg 26) couple of years, ???

Rod Fanni (Fra 22, Def) 2 seasons with Lens. Talented.
