That's exactly like Plastic Man. Doesn't mean he can turn into Vibranium. Have you ever seen him do ANYTHING like that?

Not really, i'm just assuming. By that description i posted you can basically assume he can even turn into a small sun....i dunno, sounds kinda strange to me
