Grevious didn't have pneumonia. After he kidnapped Palpatine, Mace used force powers and collapsed his chest. Thats why he was choking, he was injured. Yet he did come off very weak. In the Clone Wars, he is practically invincable.

"I am the Senate!". I heard it, and McDiarmid's delivery was just..ooh..cold as ice. Reminded me of Sylvester Stallone in "Judge Dredd", "I am the law!"

The best dialogue and acting was when Ewan left Anakin:

i thought a really understated line was

and a scene i really loved (and thought was hilarious, mostly in a good way)
