Dude, Mace is an SOB. He didn't trust the CHOSEN ONE all this time? After risking his life endlessly to save others? He even went to Geonosis virtually by himself knowing that there were traps and such. No wonder Anakin didn't hesitate to kill Windu in that shot, the bastard ridiculed him all his life. If anyone should be blamed for Anakin's fall, Windu did a great deal lol. Can't blame it on Koon, he never said a word (disappointed).

GL makes parellels in all the movies so u can see the path that Anakin and Luke traveled were simalar but thier choices are diffrent.
In Ep 5 luke goes to save his friends against the advice of Yoda and Obi wan putting his friends above all. In Ep 2 Anakin was going to do nothing to help Obi wan till Padme decided she would go and he would have to come along if he wanted to protect her. Yet Anakin left his duties protecting Padme to look for him mommy.
The diffrence is that Luke became more selfless while Anakin become more attached to things and more self serving.
Mace had great reason to not trust Anakin he could sense the conflict in him. Would you want to bring someone your not sure of in a life and death situation.

I guess that will probably be the most emotion we will get out of this trilogy. Not to bash these wonderful SW movies but I don't think there was that much feeling put into this. I will admit that ROTS almost made me cry. Anakin's actions made me actually hate him. It made me wander if I want to be Darth Vader for halloween. But he has to show how evil he was and how consumed by darkside. But I will agree with anyone saying this moving had the most feelings in this trilogy

I had the same feeling. I didn't like Anakin that much anymore. In fact, Obi-Wan became my favorite. He used to be it, but when I saw all the promos and stuff 'bout ep3 Anakin became my favorite. Those days are over.

My liking for Obi Wans character went way up after the movie too. he is a brillaint fighter and i liked his personality the best in the movie
