Mantis is tied with the Cotati who are one of the strongest psychic type races in the universe (the same who screwed the Contemplator). If Martian Manhunter cannot outdue her there or her psych makes her an anomaly to him, she could probably take him. Hmm... Can't remember if she can handle higher tier attacks if MM augments his strength (of course she can always remake herself).
