Mole or Beauty Mark?

I have a large mole on my cheek that some have called a beauty mark. It's raised and has soft fine hairs growing from it.

I call them ugly marks.

Beauty marks are such a stupid name for brown lumps on your skin.

Just like "love handles" is a stupid name for fat roles. That would be like calling sagging breasts "love bags"
