What I don't understand is how people around here, rather than directly address the person responsible due to friendship, say things like "Why don't you ALL grow up?"

I've got some awesome friends on here but everyone is going around sucking each others dick, it's pointless. If I act a certain way, or someone says something that isn't liked, we're pulled up on it immediately. As soon as it involves a friend, it's nowhere near that serious.
