Dude, do you didn't say the movie.
Grievous had great resistance against force shock.
Second he just only need to cut the twigs of the trees to take Maul unconcentrated to shock him.
That is GG tatic take his enemy concentrate less to use the force.
In a sith that's to easy, he only need to take Mauls angry and previsible to kill him.

I was disappointed when i saw GG in the movie, and the way he was owned by Obi, cuz in the cartoon, he was kiking ass. If GG's skills in the movie would be same as in cartoon, there would be no way that Obi could even touch him...Sad....and i really liked Grievous. Anyways, Jango wouldnt be much of a help, since GG has armor that is impenetrable to blaster fire. If u saw the movie, ull know what im talking about.
Dude, EVERYONE WITH A LIGHTSABER looked like God incarnate in Clone Wars. You could probably take a youngling and he'd look like an Ancient Sith Lord.
Animating technology is more prevalent in the cartoons, primarily because they don't have to actually have the actors do all the choreography.
By that same whim, you can say anyone in the PT is better than the OT because they had cooler animation and special effects in the prequel movies.
Now, if this match was GG and Jango vs. Maul, it would be a fine match. But Maul himself would slash up Grievous.

Yeah except for the fact that Maul would sense him coming, push him away or just choke him... Jango would be flying in the air shooting a rocket at the guy for fun then fly around GG and every now and then kick him on the head to knock him over just for the hell of it
Obi-Wan killed Maul AFTER the Sith knocked him into a power well. He was an arrogant retard, so he started screwing around. Obi-Wan took the moment to fly up at the idiot when as he summoned his lightsaber to him, and then chopped him in half.
And Maul would crush his chestplate into his organs. Maybe.
