-batman's intelligence and gadgets vs. Captain America,
-Overall power and versatily of any GL vs. Ironman
- Hawman weapons & strength over Falcon
-MM versatility vs Vision
etc...

It looks to me that the odds of DC are better than Marvel's.

They fight for a long time.

Then the TOAA and ThePresence effortlessly kill everybody and start talking about merchandising right and how they can buy Image.
