5. Murder is illegal for civillians. Soldiers can kill whoever they want.
6. Senators will have no power their power is only symbolic. As is the senate.
7. this is a oneparty state you can only vote for Grievous.
8. There are elections every 5 years.
9. Jango and Black Waltz can declare martial law.
The rest of the constitution is the same as it was with the empire of POB.
The constitution is great and shall be followed, although soldiers should not be allowed to kill anyone.
