Yes i did. But untill we have defeated them it's an empire. Cuz then it'll be easyer to make decisisions. It's war General. I know this is stupid; But it's the only way. Imagine before every battle having a debate in a senate for days. You see where this is going? When there's peace i shall transform this empire into a democracy and THEn everybody will be EQUAL. Do you understand GENERAL?
