Favorite Scene in Episode 3?

I would have to say that my favorite is when Mace is on the verge of killing Palpatine and anakin has to make his choice to help him or not. The pretending of Palpatine being weak and Anakin feels he deserves a trial, while Windu is like "He has to die Anakin...he controls the senate...." and so forth....
