And what do you want? To post pictures? I don't think you can yet, you don't have enough posts... If you want to know how to get an avatar then just go to the profile click avatar settings, it pretty much points itself out from there...

And if you still don't get it then i would recommend looking at a FAQ i'm sure there is one, if not use the search button to find what you are looking for.
