Name The Songs That Inspire You Or Make You Feel Something

Lots of songs I hear inspire me or just plain make me want to float on a big ball of clouds. I Love those songs that make you think the good things in life and you someday wish to do what that one particular song is talking about.
Here are a few of the songs that do that to me. Add yours and Ill add more when they come to mind. Keep the chain going because there are so many songs in this world...there's basically no ending! 😛

There are so many songs that inspire me or make me think of something, I'm not sure I could even try to list them all.

The Call of Kthulu-Metallica. Its the only song thats ever given me the chills without outright scaring me.

anything by "death" chuck schieldiner really put emotion into the songs, by way of song structure, guitar solos

really early metallica (kill'em all, ride the lightning,master of puppets) metallica at there most original killer solos, awesomely written songs'

nothing else really, death metal/thrash metal bands are normally on the emotion side of things

I'd say pretty much the same thing as Lana, but there is one song that immediately springs to mind, Something I Can Never Have by NIN, which has inspired me immensely both creatively and emotionally, but especially creatively. The fact that such a simple and easy song can be so powerful and beautiful really gave me a lift when I was first playing and writing music myself.

That song is great.

I think the one song that does the most right now for me, is Be Yourself by Audioslave. The first time I heard it it figuratively knocked me over....something about it really stood out to me and I loved it.

The only one I can think of at this moment is The Distance by Cake. Probably my favorite song of all time, it just gives me inspiration to keep working hard and succeed in all of the difficulties that come in life.
