Obi-wan used Soresu and could outlast Mace and Yoda if necessary. Though if he faced either in one on one he would loose by a little.

He would run away and keep the other two away with the force. Mace and Obi would have a really tough battle until Obi would be dead and then Yoda would jump along and finish Mace off.

Yoda would win. Saber skills, IMO the three are about equal, but Yoda's force powers are superior to the other two, giving him a big advantage.
